Please noted following information before placing order!!!
1. The price we show on website is EXW price, which means factory price without shipment.
2. For food truck, sea transportation (CFR trade term) would be necessary,please kindly inform Iris Zhou your destination sea port (or which city are you located in) for checking sea freight.After arriving destination seaport, CNEE need to pay the destination port charges (such as terminal handling charges, documents charges, storage charges, ect), tax to do the customs clearance and pick up the goods by yourself.
3. For sea transportation, there're some common sense:
– No tracking number for sea transportation, but it have the bill of lading number (bill of lading is issued by shipping company, it is the shipping proof).
– In general, shipping date would be around 10~60 days to arrive, different country with different delivery time. If you want to know the exactly time, please contact with Iris Zhou.
– If your country are located in inland without sea port, it have to transship during the transportation, sometimes, it have to do the customs clearance at the transship seaport.
– The shipping documents we can supply is the bill of lading, commercial Invoice, and packing list, if you need other special documents, please inform us in advance.
4. About the food truck dimension, please kindly noted there might be some size deviation due to the manual measurement, please be careful if you worry about this.
5. After the goods arrive, please confirm whether the package is intact or not before you sign. If there's any damage, please contact with us / insurance company on time!
